Welcome to A Sacred Song, my website for Teri Undreiner Yoga: Healing & Creative Arts Practitioner, where community exists in the heart of people who celebrate one another.
I’m excited to say that I have been serving the Phx area and beyond for nearly 21 years in Massage, 10years in Yoga, 50 years in Music making, and now I’m adding my unique approach to Life Coaching through a body/mind connection. My motto in life is to RELAX no matter what circumstances you find yourself in, if you just BREATHE, gain perspective as quickly as you can, you will see the purpose for all things. There are times that you look forward to what is ahead, look back at how far you have come, and then choose to live in the moment with right where you are, as you step in to the life you’ve always wanted to live..
